- Carly Ward Review added: 2018.05.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible, fitted plug socket which isn't secured to wall, left gaping holes in another wall which is "how they always leave things" apparently, fitted some steel conduit which was cut too short on one so he unscrewed it so it would fit thinking I wouldn't notice. I had to fight to get the huge holes repaired, to which he turned up at a different time to that agreed, so I only saw after he had left what a shabby job he had done in filling. When I raised all of these complaints the company couldn't care less, I had to continually chase and finally received a very unprofessional email from one of their directors Darrell Kirby stating that the standard I experienced was what he felt was sufficient and he wouldn't be assisting any further, his standards are clearly extremely low and he has no idea how to treat existing or grow business.
